Eligibility
Includes rooftop solar panels, battery storage, insulation, windows, heat pumps, and more.
Eligibility:
- Must be a Canadian homeowner
- Complete a pre-retrofit EnerGuide evaluation
- Retrofits must not have started before loan approval
Home Renovations Savings Program
Eligibility
- Home must be a detached, semi-detached, row house, townhome, or mobile home on a permanent foundation
- Must be connected to the Ontario electricity grid
- Net metering is not permitted under this program
- Battery storage must be installed alongside solar panels .
Clean Technology Investment Tax Credit
Eligibility
- Applies to residential installations available through 2032 with phased reductions thereafter
